The Dark Blue Duck PaperWork EnablerTM product enhances Microsoft® SharePoint Foundation® and SharePoint Server® adding support for document conversion and paper workflow.

Paper is regularly created or received as part of business processes. The PaperWork Enabler product adds Workflow Actions and Workflows to Microsoft SharePoint. Business processes that include paper are streamlined and less error prone when Dark Blue Duck PaperWork Enabler is used. Dark Blue Duck PaperWork Enabler provides a paper audit trail allowing users to find scanned documents or original paper copies of documents with ease.

Outgoing forms can be printed with unique barcodes. Returned completed paper forms can be classified and routed automatically.

Patient records are captured and retained. Paused long running business processes can be automatically restarted as soon as a paper document is scanned, emailed or faxed to SharePoint.

Use your existing Label Printers, Desktop Scanners, Multifunction Printers (MFPs) and Fax machines.
